[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would allow members of the public to access information about other people's criminal records. Currently, criminal records are mostly private and only certain organizations can access them for safety reasons. The bill would change this to make at least some criminal record information available to anyone who wants to look it up.
Presented by Mr Christopher Chope.
