Criminal Fraud (Private Prosecutions) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would allow private citizens and organisations to bring criminal fraud prosecutions to court themselves, instead of only the government being able to prosecute fraud cases. Currently, the Crown Prosecution Service handles almost all criminal cases, but this bill would change that for fraud offences specifically.

Presented by Sir Christopher Chope.
