Covid-19 Vaccine Damage Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would establish a compensation scheme for people who have suffered serious adverse health effects they believe were caused by Covid19 vaccines. It would create a legal framework allowing individuals to claim damages without having to prove negligence by vaccine manufacturers or the government. The scheme would cover medical costs, loss of earnings, and other damages for those who can demonstrate a causal link between vaccination and their injury. This differs from the existing Vaccine Damage Payment scheme, which has strict eligibility criteria and provides only £120,000 maximum compensation.

Presented by Sir Christopher Chope.
