A
BILL
to
This bill would give unmarried couples who live together some of the same legal rights and protections that married couples currently have. Currently, if an unmarried partner dies or a relationship breaks down, the surviving partner has limited claims to property, pensions, or inheritance, this bill aims to change that.
Presented by Lord Marks of Henley-on-Thames.
