Coastal Path (Definition) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to create an official, legal definition of what a 'coastal path' is in the UK. Currently, there's no clear national standard, which can cause confusion about which routes are protected and where people have the right to walk along the coast.

Presented by Mr Christopher Chope.
