Caravan Site Licensing (Exemptions of Motor Homes) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would exempt motor homes from the requirement to obtain a caravan site licence when they are stationed on land. Currently, caravan sites, including those used for motor homes, must be licensed under the Caravan Sites and Control of Development Act 1960. The bill proposes to remove this licensing requirement specifically for motor homes, reducing bureaucratic burden on owners and operators. This would allow motor home owners greater flexibility in where they can park and station their vehicles without navigating licensing procedures.
