[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill sets out requirements for TV and radio broadcasters to produce and show certain types of quality public service content (like news and documentaries) rather than just entertainment. It aims to protect broadcasting that informs and educates the public, even if it's not always the most profitable for companies to make.
Presented by Mr Christopher Chope.
