This bill sets out rules for what kinds of programmes TV and radio stations must produce and show to the public, focusing on educational and informative content rather than just entertainment. It aims to make sure that even in a changing media world, broadcasters continue to provide news, documentaries, and other programmes that help inform and educate the public.
