BILL
to
This bill would end the BBC's status as a publiclyowned broadcaster and turn it into a private company or companies instead. Currently, the BBC is funded by TV licence fees paid by households and operates as a public service; this bill would change that system entirely.
Presented by Sir Christopher Chope.
