Sublet Property (Offences) Bill

This bill aims to make subletting a property without the owner's permission (or breaking the terms of your own rental agreement) illegal and punishable as a crime. Currently it's mainly a civil matter handled through courts, but this bill would allow the police and courts to prosecute people criminally instead.
