BILL
to
This bill aims to make it illegal to sublet a property (rent it out to someone else) without the owner's permission, and create criminal penalties for doing so. It's designed to stop people fraudulently renting out properties they don't own or illegally subletting rented homes they're not allowed to rent out.
Presented by Mr Christopher Chope.
