BBC Licence Fee Non-Payment (Decriminalisation for Over-75s) Bill

This bill would remove the threat of criminal charges against people aged 75 and over who don't pay their BBC television licence fee. Currently, nonpayment can lead to court cases and fines; this bill would stop that happening specifically for older people in this age group.
