Regulatory Authorities (Level of Charges) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to give Parliament more say in how much regulatory authorities can charge. Currently, these independent bodies set their own fees, but the bill would require them to get approval for their charge levels, giving elected MPs more control over what these regulators can spend.

Presented by Mr Christopher Chope.
