National Health Service Co-Funding and Co-Payment Bill

This bill would introduce charges that patients have to pay towards NHS treatment costs (called 'copayments') and allow the NHS to raise money from other sources besides taxes ('cofunding'). Currently, NHS treatment is free at the point of use for all UK residents.
