A
BILL
to
This bill proposes to set a maximum number of members allowed in the House of Lords (the upper chamber of Parliament). Currently, there is no official limit on how many peers can serve, so the Lords has grown very large; this bill would put a cap on its total size.
Presented by Mr Christopher Chope.
