Domestic Energy (Value Added Tax) Bill

This bill would reduce the amount of VAT charged on energy bills for homes in the UK. VAT is a tax added to most goods and services; currently it's 5% on domestic energy, and this bill could lower it further or remove it entirely, making heating and electricity cheaper for households.
