This bill would make cluster munitions illegal in the UK. Cluster munitions are weapons that break apart and scatter smaller bombs across a large area, which can hurt civilians and leave dangerous unexploded ordnance that kills people long after wars end. The bill aims to protect people from these weapons' harmful effects.
