Age of Criminal Responsibility Bill [HL]

This bill would raise the age at which children can be prosecuted in criminal courts in the UK. Currently, children as young as 10 can be charged with crimes; this bill would change that by treating younger children through the youth justice or welfare system instead of the criminal justice system.
