BBC Royal Charter Bill [HL]

This bill creates a new Royal Charter for the BBC, which is basically an updated rulebook for how the organisation runs. The Royal Charter sets out the BBC's mission, how it should be governed, and how it will be funded for the next decade or so. This bill determines what that new rulebook will say.
