Recall of Elected Representatives Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would allow voters in a local area to force an early election to remove their MP, rather than having to wait until the next scheduled general election. If enough constituents sign a petition (usually 1015% of voters), a recall election would be held to decide if the MP should stay in office.

Presented by Zac Goldsmith.
