Recall of Elected Representative Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill would allow voters to recall (remove) their local MP before the next general election, rather than waiting up to five years. If a certain percentage of constituents sign a petition against their MP, it would trigger a byelection where voters decide whether to keep them or elect someone new.

Presented by Zac Goldsmith.
