Mobile Telecommunications Network Coverage (Contractual Obligations) Bill

This bill would make mobile phone companies legally responsible for providing adequate network coverage to customers. Instead of just promising good service, companies would have actual legal obligations and could be punished if they fail to meet coverage standards.
