This bill strengthens the role of the Groceries Code Adjudicator, a watchdog who makes sure big supermarkets treat their small suppliers fairly. It gives them more powers to investigate complaints and enforce rules, aiming to protect small farms and businesses from being bullied by giant grocery chains.
