Ministerial Competence (External Review) Bill

This bill would allow independent external organizations (not Parliament) to officially review whether government ministers are competent at their jobs. Currently, Parliament is mainly responsible for checking on ministers, but this bill would create a new independent review process to assess their performance and abilities.
