Parliamentary Elections (Optional Preferential Vote) Bill

This bill would change UK parliamentary elections from the current 'First Past the Post' system (where you pick one candidate) to optional preferential voting (where you can rank candidates in order of preference if you want to). Voters would still have the choice to just vote for one candidate if they prefer.
