Relocation of the House of Lords (Report to Parliament) Bill

This bill requires the government to write and publish a report looking into the possibility of moving the House of Lords from its current home in the Palace of Westminster to somewhere else. It's not about actually moving the Lords, just about investigating whether it could or should happen.
