Inheritance Tax Act 1984 (Amendment) (Siblings) Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes to change inheritance tax rules so that when siblings inherit from each other, they pay less tax than they normally would. Currently, inheritance tax treats most relatives the same way, but this change would make siblings a special exception with lower tax rates.
Presented by Lord Lexden.
