Inheritance Tax Act 1984 (Amendment) (Siblings) Bill [HL]
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes to change the inheritance tax rules so that siblings get similar tax benefits to spouses and children when inheriting from each other. Currently, siblings don't get the same tax breaks, so this would make the rules fairer for brothers and sisters inheriting from one another.
Presented by Lord Lexden.
