[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill proposes changing the House of Lords from a chamber where members are appointed by the government and other bodies into an elected senate where British voters choose the members. Currently, the House of Lords reviews and improves laws made by the House of Commons; this change would alter how those members are selected.
Presented by Paul Maynard.
