A
BILL
to
This bill allows the Ministry of Defence to pardon soldiers (after they've died) who were executed, shot for desertion, or given dishonourable discharges during military service. It's mainly aimed at soldiers from World War One who faced harsh punishments that many people now believe were unfair.
Presented by Lord Cashman.
