Armed Forces (Posthumous Pardons) Bill [HL]

This bill allows the military to officially pardon (clear the names of) soldiers who were executed or heavily punished during wartime, even though they are now dead. It's designed to fix cases where soldiers may have been unfairly treated, giving their families a chance to restore their honour and correct historical records.
