Crown Estate (Devolution to Wales) Bill

This bill transfers control of Crown Estate land and property in Wales from the UK Government to the Welsh Government. The Welsh Government would then manage these assets and keep the income they produce, similar to devolution deals already given to Scotland and Northern Ireland.
