Criminal Records (Childhood Offences) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill changes how criminal records work for children and young people. It would allow childhood offences to be removed or kept private after a set time period, rather than following them into adulthood permanently. The idea is to give young people who've made mistakes a better chance at having a normal adult life.
Presented by Theresa Villiers.
