Co-operatives (Permanent Shares) Bill

This bill allows cooperatives (businesses owned and run by their members together) to sell a new type of investment called 'permanent shares'. These are longterm investments where shareholders get a share of profits but less control than regular members, helping cooperatives raise money more easily.
