Citizens' Convention Bill

This bill would set up Citizens' Conventions, groups of everyday people randomly chosen to deliberate on important national issues and give their recommendations to Parliament. It aims to involve ordinary citizens more directly in how the country is run, rather than leaving all decisions only to politicians.
