Citizens' Convention Bill

This bill aims to set up 'Citizens' Conventions' groups of randomly selected members of the public who would meet to discuss and debate important policy issues, then provide recommendations to Parliament. It's designed to give ordinary people a direct say in how the country is run, beyond just voting in elections.
