Channel 4 (Relocation) Bill

This bill would require or allow Channel 4 (the UK public service broadcaster) to move its headquarters from London to somewhere else in the United Kingdom. The aim is to spread media jobs and investment more fairly across different parts of the country rather than keeping everything concentrated in the capital.
