High Streets (Designation, Review and Improvement Plan) Bill

This bill allows the government to officially recognize high streets that are struggling (like when shops are closing and town centres are dying) and create improvement plans to help them. It gives a framework for identifying which areas need help most and what steps should be taken to make them more successful.
