[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill creates or increases criminal penalties for drivers who cause someone's death while they are disqualified (banned) from driving. Currently, such cases might be treated as general dangerous driving deaths, but this bill would make them a specific, more serious offense with potentially harsher sentences.
Presented by Rehman Chishti.
