[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would require UK public sector organisations (government departments, NHS hospitals, schools, councils) to favour British goods and services when making purchases. It creates a legal duty to buy British products where possible, rather than automatically choosing the cheapest or best option from anywhere in the world.
Presented by John Spellar.
