[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill would force water companies in England and Wales to set a minimum charge that all customers must pay, even if they use very little water. The aim is to ensure water companies collect enough revenue to invest in infrastructure and services, but it could mean higher bills for some households.
Presented by Thomas Docherty.
