Letting Agents (Fees) Bill

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to stop letting agents from charging fees directly to tenants (people renting homes). Currently, agents often charge tenants money for things like reference checks or viewings. The bill would make agents only charge landlords instead, saving renters money upfront.

Presented by Thomas Docherty.
