British Bill of Rights and Withdrawal from the European Convention on Human Rights Bill

This bill proposes that the UK should write its own British Bill of Rights and stop following the European Convention on Human Rights (which is separate from the EU). It would remove the right to take cases to European courts and give UK courts more final say on human rights issues.
