[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to make it illegal for businesses to engage in 'unconscionable conduct' meaning behaviour that is so unfair, dishonest or exploitative that it shocks the conscience. It would give customers and small businesses new legal powers to challenge and get compensation from companies that treat them this way.

Presented by Baroness Bowles of Berkhamsted.
