Unconscionable Conduct in Commerce Bill [HL]

[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to

This bill aims to make it illegal for businesses to behave in a seriously unfair or dishonest way when buying and selling goods or services. It would give customers and smaller businesses better protection if they feel they've been treated unethically, even if the business hasn't technically broken an existing law.

Presented by Baroness Bowles of Berkhamsted.
