BILL
to
This bill aims to make sure unaccompanied asylumseeking children get proper legal advice and support when appealing asylum decisions. Currently, some children struggle to understand the complex legal system and may not have access to lawyers. The bill would help ensure they have fair representation to present their cases properly.
Presented by Lord Roberts of Llandudno.
