Thames Water (Special Administration) Bill
[As Introduced]
A
BILL
to
This bill allows the government to take over Thames Water using a special legal process because the company has severe financial difficulties and debts it cannot pay. If it passes, a special administrator appointed by the government would run the company instead of private owners, with the aim of keeping water flowing to customers while sorting out the company's money problems.
Presented by Sarah Olney.
