A
BILL
to
This bill aims to make it easier for people receiving social care (help with daily living, nursing, etc.) to move their care between different providers without losing their eligibility or having to restart the process. It's designed to give people more choice and control over who provides their care, similar to how you can switch between banks or phone companies.
Presented by Baroness Campbell of Surbiton.
