Short and Holiday-Let Accommodation (Notification of Local Authorities) Bill

This bill requires people who rent out their homes as holiday lets or shortterm accommodation (like Airbnb properties) to tell their local council about it. The government wants councils to have a list of these properties so they can track how many shortterm rentals are in their area and make sure people follow local housing rules.
