Short and Holiday-Let Accommodation (Notification of Local Authorities) Bill

This bill requires people who rent out their homes as holiday lets (for short periods) to notify their local council about it. It's designed to give councils better information about how many homes in their area are being used for holidays rather than as permanent homes for residents.
